This week, the blog was going to be a continuation on last weeks, relating to energy saving and efficiency.
But once we started to scratch the surface, we realised there was so much to look at, so we’re going to work on that this week.
Whilst we crunch the numbers, this week’s blog is a result of some fantastic feedback we received today.
Our main aims as a company revolve around providing a fantastic customer experience and finding and identifying solutions to tricky applications.
That’s why we get so excited when someone takes their time to send us a lovely message like the one below…
Hope you had a good bank holiday weekend.
I would like to thank you and your team for the swift inspection and overhaul of my gearbox. It’s good to know in these troubled times companies are still giving excellent service.
If this is a success, then in the fullness of time I will have the other motor and gearbox assembly out for overhaul.
One or two other operators are watching what I am doing with my brake rollers because they are experiencing similar problems, so I will point them in your direction if that is OK.

This is the kind of feedback that tells us that we’re doing the right things, in the eyes of our customers.
We’re certainly not perfect and have issues as everyone else does. We do, however, try to see that as a positive.
Each time something doesn’t go quite as planned, it’s an opportunity for us to learn, to consider what we do and how we do it, and to implement changes to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We focus a lot on little improvements, and hope that the compounding effect pays dividends in the long run.
